We strictly adhere to beyond-organic standards, ensuring every harvest is free from the synthetic shortcuts common in industrial agriculture.
No Synthetic Pesticides. Ever.
We welcome beneficial insects already living in the outdoor garden and use specialized pruning to keep the canopy healthy. Introducing insects would throw off that balance. In very hot, humid stretches we may use USDA NOP certified organic neem oil — not every year. Your health is never a compromise for our yield.

We feed the soil, not the plant. Our living-soil beds use our compost and biodynamic preparations instead of petroleum-based fertilizers.
